Trust Support Services Trainee Clerk
Our client an International private bank, based in Jersey, is looking for a Trust Support Services Trainee Clerk
The role is to work as part of a busy team, in support of the Trust and Company Administrators. The work is varied and interesting, with opportunity to progress within the team. Hours 9-5.
DUTIES
Safe Custody - sorting, filing and distribution
Authorised Signatory list production
Communicating by letter, fax, e-mail and verbally
Running reports/ Distributing
Data input (Mail and computer vouchers etc.)
Updating various PC documents - Excel and Word
Updating Statutory Corporate information and investigation
Accounts - minutes preparation and despatch
Assisting with special projects, including research
General administration duties delegated by supervisor
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous Office experience desirable
Accuracy, attention to detail
Excellent PC skills incl. Excel and Word
Good communication skills
Common sense and initiative
Good team player
