JOB VACANCY: Operations Support Supervisor
LOCATION: Trust Department - Jersey
EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediate
DESCRIPTION OF JOB: The Operations Team deals with a wide spectrum of administrative duties in support the Trust and Company Administrators including Safe Custody, Management Reporting, Data Input, Project work, New Business set up, Company Minutes and Recording Statutory Information.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE: · Project work · Checking of work produced by the Operations Support team · Investigations ensuring resolution · Liaising with colleagues and other Departments · Reviewing and writing procedures · Providing holiday cover - Supervising the Operations Support team
