Summary: In mid-May, ICANN announced basic procedures for registering domain names in the new .biz and .info top level domains (TLDs). The registration procedures for these two TLDs differ both in process and timing and are still subject to revision. This advisory summarizes these procedures and recommends a sensible course of action for existing trademark owners.
