Vacancy 1: Tax Services Assistant (Entry Level) Personal and trust tax The role: To assist in the production of tax returns and computations for UK and Jersey Individuals,Trusts, and companies. General administrative duties within the tax department.

The person: We are looking for someone about 18 educated up to A level standard or equivalent, a good standard of numeracy and English is required. The person must be enthusiastic and willing to learn. We want someone who is able to learn but is not expecting rapid progression but wants the opportunity to gradually master a technically demanding area. We would expect the person to undertake basic accounting exams (AAT/CAT) initially followed by some tax exams (ATT).

Vacancy 2: Tax Services Executive Trust and company tax

The role: The production of tax returns and computations for Offshore Trusts, and companies. To undertake tax research for managers, and general ad-hoc tax compliance.

The person: We are looking for a mature person educated to A level standard, a good standard of numeracy and English is required with either tax or accounting experience. The person must be enthusiastic and willing to learn. We want someone who is able to learn but is not expecting rapid progression but wants the opportunity to gradually master a technically demanding area. We would expect the person to undertake basic accounting exams (AAT/CAT) initially followed by some tax exams (ATT). We would also consider part time or term time applicants.
