JOB VACANCY

3 Month Contract - Administrator, Unit Trust/Hedge Fund Settlements Processing

· The successful candidate will ensure that all hedge fund trades are processed in a timely and accurate manner

· Check Client Instructions are completed correctly

· Match Fund Manager confirmations to instructions received from Client areas

· Inputting or checking trades on the system · Investigating and clearing stock & cash reconciliation's

· A sound knowledge of unit trust procedures both certified and uncertified is required and good background knowledge of all aspects of Securities

· The candidate should be able to maintain a level of accuracy when working to deadlines and demonstrate an ability to work under pressure

· A knowledge of Excel would be beneficial · Good organisation skills are also required
