Business Development Manager

Private Banking/Wealth management Industry


Our client is looking for an additional Business Development Manager to undertake the promotion and sale of services to High Net Worth Private Clients throughout its International Banking Group, intermediary and direct networks. The principal services offered by the Private Bank are trust and company, investment, treasury and credit.

A large part of the role will require an understanding of tax efficient client solutions which will usually include trust and company structures.

This is an important role within a Private Bank in Jersey and our client is therefore looking to employ an appropriately skilled and motivated individual.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PROFILE

Experience in a client/sales facing role in a trust and company environment. Minimum expected experience 7 years.

Familiarisation with investments, foreign exchange, structured products, credit or a willingness to learn.

An understanding of UK and international tax practices and how these effect private clients.

A dedication to quality service, good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

Self motivated and at the same time a strong team player.

The ability and willingness to travel to the UK, sometimes with limited notice.

SALARY: Dependent on experience
